Le Pr\u00e9crisa est compos\u00e9 de cinq axes d\u2019animation scientifique, qui couvrent les quatre phases d\u2019une crise en sant\u00e9 – la pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>, l\u2019intervention<\/strong>, le r\u00e9tablissement<\/strong> et la pr\u00e9vention<\/strong>. Le R\u00e9seau porte la vision Une seule sant\u00e9, qui vise \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer et \u00e0 optimiser la sant\u00e9 des personnes, des animaux et des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes par la mise en place de pratiques \u00e9coresponsables en coh\u00e9rence avec les objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n

Les axes ont pour but d\u2019encourager la mobilisation<\/strong> et le transfert des connaissances<\/strong> des diff\u00e9rents secteurs\u200b ainsi que de contribuer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et la mise en place d\u2019outils et de services dans les plateformes\u200b. Ils visent \u00e9galement \u00e0 soutenir la rel\u00e8ve \u00e9tudiante ainsi que les Tables et groupes de travail<\/a> du R\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

L\u2019axe Syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9<\/strong> a pour objectif la pr\u00e9vention des pressions susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre exerc\u00e9es sur les services et syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 lors de crises afin de prot\u00e9ger la prestation de services. Il cherche \u00e9galement \u00e0 explorer les moyens de transformer le r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9 afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de l’environnement ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de prise de d\u00e9cision au c\u0153ur des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 en contexte de crises importantes.<\/p>\n

L’axe \u00c9cosyst\u00e8mes<\/strong> tend \u00e0 \u00e9largir le spectre de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me et \u00e0 ceux qui l\u2019habitent. En contexte de crise, celui-ci reliera les changements dans l\u2019environnement physique aux impacts qu\u2019ils auront sur la faune, la flore, les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, les animaux domestiques et les humains.<\/p>\n

L\u2019axe Individus, communaut\u00e9s et bien-\u00eatre<\/strong> vise la pr\u00e9vention des effets des crises sur le bien-\u00eatre et la sant\u00e9 individuelle et collective par une meilleure pr\u00e9paration, des interventions plus efficaces et un soutien au r\u00e9tablissement.
