La gouvernance du Pr\u00e9crisa s\u2019articule autour de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e des membres<\/strong>, du Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif<\/strong>, du Comit\u00e9 de direction<\/strong>, du Conseil scientifique<\/strong> et du Comit\u00e9 \u00e9tudiant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

D\u2019autres comit\u00e9s viendront soutenir la prise de d\u00e9cision, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 assurer la repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion essentielles \u00e0 la tenue ad\u00e9quate des travaux, soit : le Comit\u00e9 Partenariat patient et citoyen<\/strong>, le Groupe de travail permanent sur la sant\u00e9 autochtone en p\u00e9riode de crise<\/strong> et le Comit\u00e9 Innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lily Lessard est infirmi\u00e8re et chercheuse en sant\u00e9 communautaire. Elle est cotitulaire de la chaire interdisciplinaire en sant\u00e9 et services sociaux pour les populations rurales (Chaire CIRUSSS) de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Rimouski et chercheuse au Centre de recherche du CISSS de Chaudi\u00e8re-Appalaches et au CISSS du Bas-St-Laurent. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse notamment \u00e0 l\u2019adaptation des populations rurales ou \u00e9loign\u00e9es et du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 aux grands d\u00e9fis de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et environnementaux comme ceux li\u00e9s aux changements climatiques.<\/p>\n

H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Carabin (DVM, MSc en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, PhD en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie “humaine” et biostatistique) est professeure titulaire au D\u00e9partement de pathologie et de microbiologie de la Facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire et au D\u00e9partement de m\u00e9decine sociale et pr\u00e9ventive de l’\u00c9cole de sant\u00e9 publique de l’Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al. Elle est titulaire de la Chaire de recherche du Canada de niveau 1 en \u00e9pid\u00e9miologie et Une seule sant\u00e9. Son programme de recherche se concentre sur la mise en \u0153uvre d’\u00e9tudes et d’interventions \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle afin de mieux comprendre les facteurs de risque et le fardeau des maladies infectieuses et d’\u00e9valuer les programmes de contr\u00f4le, en mettant l’accent sur les zoonoses et les maladies affectant les populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables. Ses projets de recherche adoptent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une approche “Une seule sant\u00e9” et int\u00e8grent des aspects de la sant\u00e9 et des sciences sociales.<\/p>\n

En plus de son r\u00f4le de codirectrice du Pr\u00e9crisa, elle joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans plusieurs r\u00e9seaux et associations pancanadiens qui promeuvent l’utilisation de l\u2019approche Une seule sant\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance des maladies infectieuses et de la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens (Global 1HN), pour mod\u00e9liser les infections \u00e9mergentes (OMNI-R\u00c9UNIS) ou pour comprendre les zoonoses \u00e9mergentes. Elle dirige le groupe de recherche sur l’\u00e9pid\u00e9miologie des zoonoses et la sant\u00e9 publique (GREZOSP) et est membre du Lancet One Health Commissison. Elle a publi\u00e9 plus de 150 articles de recherche \u00e9valu\u00e9s par des pairs et 10 chapitres de livres.<\/p>\n

Guy Poulin est d\u00e9tenteur d’un baccalaur\u00e9at sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en psychologie \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 Laval et d’un dipl\u00f4me d’\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en \u00e9thique \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Rimouski (UQAR) campus de L\u00e9vis. Maintenant retrait\u00e9, il a oeuvr\u00e9 pendant quarante et un ans dans le mouvement communautaire \u00e0 titre notamment de coordonnateur d’organismes, d’intervenant psychosocial, de consultant et de b\u00e9n\u00e9vole. Il a aussi travaill\u00e9 dans des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux dans des fonctions d’agent de relations humaines, d’organisateur communautaire et de commissaire aux plaintes et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi enseignant au niveau coll\u00e9gial en travail social et en \u00e9ducation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Ses champs d’expertise couvrent principalement la gouvernance d’organismes communautaires, l’\u00e9thique, l’animation, la planification strat\u00e9gique, la formation, la violence conjugale, la prostitution, l’intervention en r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es et l’organisation communautaire. Il d\u00e9fend avec conviction l’importance de la parole citoyenne dans la recherche en sant\u00e9 et services sociaux de m\u00eame que dans la planification et l’organisation des services visant le mieux-\u00eatre commun. Ses diverses implications \u00e0 ce titre l’ont amen\u00e9 depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 s’impliquer au sein du forum citoyen du Commissaire \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre, de VITAM – Centre de recherche en sant\u00e9 durable, de l’Institut national d’excellence en sant\u00e9 et services sociaux (INESSS), du Centre d’excellence sur le partenariat avec les patients et le public (CEPPP) et de quelques recherches. Il est \u00e9galement cotitulaire citoyen de la Chaire de recherche en sant\u00e9 durable<\/a> et co-directeur du R\u00e9seau de pr\u00e9vention des crises en sant\u00e9 (Pr\u00e9crisa).<\/p>\n

Flore Tanguay-H\u00e9bert est doctorante en communication \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, o\u00f9 ses recherches portent sur la gestion des risques d\u2019inondation et la communication de crise, avec un int\u00e9r\u00eat particulier pour la r\u00e9silience face aux crises environnementales et de sant\u00e9 publique. Elle d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement une ma\u00eetrise en Development and Emergency Practice<\/em> de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Oxford Brookes, un DESS en gestion des risques majeurs, ainsi qu\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en journalisme de l\u2019UQAM.<\/p>\n

Avant de rejoindre le R\u00e9seau Pr\u00e9crisa, elle a coordonn\u00e9 des projets de recherche et d\u2019enseignement sur la gestion des risques complexes, en particulier en lien avec les changements climatiques et les crises sanitaires. Elle est \u00e9galement charg\u00e9e de cours \u00e0 l’UQAM et \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke, o\u00f9 elle enseigne la communication strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n

Passionn\u00e9e par les approches participatives et la collaboration intersectorielle, Flore \u0153uvre \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des solutions concr\u00e8tes et durables pour renforcer la r\u00e9silience des communaut\u00e9s face aux crises.<\/p>\n

D\u00e9tentrice d’un baccalaur\u00e9at en physioth\u00e9rapie et d’une ma\u00eetrise en sant\u00e9 publique avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en promotion de la sant\u00e9, Micheline poss\u00e8de une solide expertise qui allie soins cliniques et approche globale de la sant\u00e9. Elle a travaill\u00e9 pendant 15 ans comme physioth\u00e9rapeute en pratique priv\u00e9e avant de se tourner vers des r\u00f4les acad\u00e9miques, notamment en tant que tutrice \u00e0 la facult\u00e9 de pharmacie de l’Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n

Micheline a \u00e9galement r\u00e9cemment compl\u00e9t\u00e9 un contrat de 4 ans en tant qu\u2019analyste de recherche \u00e0 l’Agence de la sant\u00e9 publique du Canada, o\u00f9 elle a contribu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 l’Initiative Science en Fran\u00e7ais (ISF) et \u00e0 d’autres activit\u00e9s de mobilisation des connaissances.<\/p>\n

Anim\u00e9e par des valeurs de service \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9, elle poss\u00e8de une expertise vari\u00e9e allant des sciences m\u00e9dicales et humaines \u00e0 la gouvernance et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Ses champs d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat touchent notamment \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9thique, \u00e0 la relation humain-animal, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 publique, \u00e0 la vulgarisation scientifique et \u00e0 l\u2019approche Une seule sant\u00e9, qui relie la sant\u00e9 humaine, animale et environnementale.<\/p>\n

Caroline a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Ordre des m\u00e9decins v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires du Qu\u00e9bec de 2017 \u00e0 2020, une fonction dans laquelle elle s\u2019est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9e par sa rigueur, son approche humaine, et son sens aigu de l\u2019\u00e9thique organisationnelle. Elle a aussi exerc\u00e9 en pratique v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, enseign\u00e9 pendant plus de dix ans et \u0153uvr\u00e9 comme consultante en comportement animal et formatrice en milieu de travail.<\/p>\n
